That does suck, but the way I see it, YDI. If you really cared, you wouldn't make him choose between you and something he really enjoys. Just because it's a video game makes no difference. If you felt he was spending too much time on the game and not enough with you, you should have spoke to him about how you felt rather than make it an ultimatum. It was childish of you.

all these people who are saying you were wrong for making him choose obviously don't know what World of Warcraft really is. Its not "just a game" its a virtual world that completely sucks you out of the real world. you have every right to make him choose and the fact that he chose the virtual world makes him a complete idiot. i lost contact with 2 of my best friends due to this "game", because they would rather spend 13 hours a day playing it than to hang out with their real life friends. its a shame
