Put a bad of ice on the outside of your cast. Sometimes it helps!

I had a cast put over poison ivy, I'm allergic to poison. Used a plastic spatula to scratch, got infected and had to get the cast removed, then after my poison ivy and infection went away, I had to get my leg rebroken to put another cast on to heal it correctly. If I didn't scratch under the cast I wouldn't have a huge hospital bill 3 years later still paying off

I'm assuming a mosquito bite won't be that bad, since your limb will already be itching so badly. I mean, really, what is one little mosquito bite gonna do in the grand scheme of itching in your cast.
