Today, I got a new computer because my old one crashed, deleting all music, photos, and documents. I still had all my music on my iPod though, and went to sync it to the new computer. By accident, my younger brother pulled the cord out before it was done, deleting all 3,000 songs forever. FML

through the apple store you can re-download your purchases up to 3 times. there's how-to's all over the internet, good luck!!

invest in an external hard drive for backing your stuff up.

try "easy recovery pro" if u didn't write anything on your ipod after the data had been lost, this might help.

That happened to me, but it was only about 2,000. YDI though for not backing up your stuff.

If u used frostwire this wouldn't matter

ibimmer is right. you would first need to enter the account info before 'transferring purchases'. and unplugging the sync cable would not dump your stuff. I know first hand. it would still be on the iPod. ydi for not using bittorrent. ydi for not using a mac. ydi for making this up.

this isn't really a fml. its more or less a fyiPod! although it could **** up watever activities you did while listening to it...

xpxp2002, go **** yourself, and **** your zune HD while you're at it. it'd probably be a big improvement anyway.

This sounds like fake so much, if you "sync" it all you'd do would be to create copies to the computer. You'd still have them on your iPod unless you are retarded, in which case, YDI. You sure got no way out on this one.
