Today, I got back from vacation and realised I still had the motel key. The key-ring has the address on it, so you can post it back to them. I drove to the postbox and posted the key. I then discovered that the motel key won't start my car. FML

Just throwing it out there but I stayed at a Ritz Carlton and the keys looked just like car keys.

Wow. That's gotta suck! You know they don't need it back. I've on accident taken a few and they don't care. The card has to be recoded so it can't open the door anyways.
