um, no it doesn't. the amount isn't even remotely similar. a ******** is infinitely more sensitive.

I didn't say it was more or less sensitive, just the amount of nerve endings each has. Foreskins have 20,000, a ******** has about 8,000. Foreskins are obviously bigger though, so the nerve endings are less concentrated than in a ********... it would still hurt like hell. :(
