Elder abuse is a serious problem. Please report this to whatever authorities you can! In the US every care worker is a mandated reporter and must report abuse or face fines and possible imprisonment themselves.

Take your story to a media source. Just wait til any local newspaper/tv news channel catches wind of it. Wait til it makes national headlines. Wait til it makes international headlines. Watch how quickly he loses his job :D

What an asshole! That should be all the more reason to be kind to them! They probably don't get many visitors, and the fact that their time is almost up should be all the more reason to make them comfortable and treat them with respect and kindness. Didn't anyone learn to respect their elders?

I will NEVER put my mother in a nursing home! They treat elderly people like shit! My great grandma was in a home and the staff stole her nice cloths all the time and had in in filthy cloths that were 3 sizes too big and it's just disgusting how they are treated!

Seriously can you report him or something?! This is why my parents refuse to put my grandparents in an old folks home & I will refuse to my parents in one as well in the far future! It's shitty people like your boss that make us have this impression.
