Its sad because my grandma that passed away was abused in an elderly home because she "Was Useless Anyways"

In my country, prisoners get treated better than the elderly. OPs boss should be thinking of the elders instead of money. What better way to get residents than being rumored to be a retirement home with friendly and kind employees?

I don't know why the elderly get treated so bad. Some of them get treated worse than criminals in prison.

My grandma lives in an assisted living place and I wish they encouraged people to be like you :( I'm so sorry that you got fired and I hope you find a new job quickly. It's not fair that you got kicked out for doing the right thing. You're a good person, and I wish you the best.

I would report him to the higher people, but if he owns it then I hope that someone treats him like total shit when he's an elder. In Ontario their building many retirement homes and care facilities right next to cemeteries or funeral homes yea because that's what our elderly people want to see when they look out their windows. Somehow i don't think 'Hey look honey one day we'll be there' will be the first thing they say.

I think there was a bit of misunderstanding it was just my boss who thought that way, the ladies i work with are the most respectful and caring people i have ever met.
