Well that doesn't change the fact he was doing something that isn't G rated with your sister. Kissing isn't sex either, but it's considered cheating. Just because it isn't sex doesn't mean it is not wrong to do.

I wonder how old the OP is, youngest allowed on the site is 13,this is speculation but well if the op is 13, and say her boyfriend is 13 and her sister is 8 shouldn't the OP tell her parents that her sleaze bag who should be her ex boyfriend talked her little sister into giving him head so appropriate charges can be filed? It's called oral SEX.... and to all those saying that you do not lose your virginity by having oral sex, so therefore it's not really sex.... look up virginity. It doesn't mean having sex...it means that particular body part tearing....
