she's probably a two dollar ***** on her spare time anyway. :/ Try not to let her reaction bother you. FYL
Is this common in USA?It´s not important in Sweden with marriage before children, but how is it in USA?Im curious, because i want to know if it´s a general view we have in Scandinavia, or it´s actually facts?
Man I swear the only people that are on here are ignorant liberal peices of shit... No I'm sorry they aren't ignorant they just know so much that isn't so
well, my guess is that people in Sweden are more okay with the idea because they know it's not likely to happen to them, so it's not so much of an issue to begin with. Also, Swedes are awesome. :) Sex education is way better all across Europe than in the US or Canada (holla!), and, accordingly, their teen pregnancy and STI rates are lower (not to say the OP's a careless teen - that's just the statistic I'm throwing out there). OP, I'm really sorry that happened to you. I do hope you and your baby get better treated in the future. :/
Good grief, who cares if you're married or not? It's not relevant, we don't live in the dark ages. Millions upon millions of couples give each other commitment , love and mutual support each and every day without having to get a bit of paper to make it all magically easier. Marriage has been sold to us as the paean for relationships by religions, because without a monopoly on sanctifying people's happiness, a bunch of priests might go out of business. They have a strongly vested interest in making folks feel dirty for not playing by their rules. Doesn't make them right. Don't sweat it, you're going to have plenty of ACTUALLY important child-rearing stuff to deal with ;) Good luck!
ugh, **** her. my mother has NEVER been married. and no, I wasn't an "accident" she turned 28 and wanted a kid, so she had one. and the last time I saw my dad I was probably about one. I'm not in therapy, I actually hope to have a profession in psychology. I don't have medical conditions. I'm not a horrible person because of it. pull your head out of your ass.
I'm so sorry you have to put up with these bastards telling you 'you deserve it'. They don't know your circumstances or situation, and they have no right to be so judgmental. Good luck with everything.
YDI for being pregnant, married or otherwise.
So it is safe to assume that you don't plan things well and will probably be on government assistance for food, medical care, continuing education, housing and anything else you can't afford. So glad 20% of my paycheck is subtracted in taxes for you and yours. FML.

You people do realize that not all people exchange rings when they are getting married. My cousins are SDA and they don't believe in wedding rings. They have three kids and I would hate for people to look down on her just b/c she isn't wearing a ring when she has been married for many years now.
Some people don't believe in a god, so the choose to not be married under a god. Marriage is a religious concept; if you don't have a religion, why bother getting married? Just because someone isn't married doesn't mean they can't have kids. That lady was quite rude :(
