Honestly, it is your responsibility as an adult to make sure you clock in and out on time.
Just come in right on time
Getting in trouble for being early and then for being late? Oh no! Whatever shall you do? I guess there's only one thing left to try... But... No, no.. You couldn't possibly... Too risky... But maybe.... Well... Maybe you could try... Being ON TIME? :P
This actually depends on the time-frame. Without a little bit more specific info on whether "late" and "early" means 5 minutes or 20 minutes...
I say bring your own lunch
You're screwed no matter what if you're in the two minute window and they're still mad. IF they're pissy about that then **** em! I don't respect that type of BS and neither should you. Just start looking for a new gig because if you're the only one getting yelled at then they're gearing up to fire you anyway. If they ask you to sign that little form that says you agree that you made a mistake don't sign it. Bottomline find a new job and just stop showing up and see if they notice in two weeks.
you could always come back from lunch five minutes early but don't clock in until those five minutes are up so technically, you'd be on time.
Come back on time. Problem solved.
I would go to human resources and tell them what's going on. If not them then your managing and ask them directly what is going on.
What?

Try and be right on time is the only advice I can offer.
Jeez, is he trying to keep the office in lockdown or something?
