Congrats on graduating and good luck at AIT
Good story except for the fact your not graduated for a few days and would not have a cell phone the day of
Congrats. Thanks for your service.
You must be a marine! My brother is a marine as well!!
Anyone in the militarily/first responders basically demand the utmost respect as they put their life on the line on a daily basis. You're family obviously doesn't realize this.
Aw :(
I drive 25 minutes to work everyday. C'mon people it's not that far!
That sucks. That really shows how much they care. Seriously OP, let them know that you're really disappointed in them in that they couldn't even drive 30 minutes for you. That's messed up. Your family is supposed to be the people who are there for you for the great things like this, and the bad. They couldn't drive to be there, then they really don't deserve you in their lives if you're not appreciated.
Thank you for your service.

Congratulations and thank you for the service. They are missing out on seeing a real hero
Well, that's their loss. They'll regret it eventually, not that it helps now. You're doing a great thing and you deserve their respect.
