Today, I had a customer scream, rant, and bitch me out because the pictures she took with her own camera came out blurry. My manager took her side. FML

That "The customer is always right" thing is total bullshit.

Tell her to buy a digital camera. Why? 1. it's probably cheaper in the long run and 2. it's the 21st century get a bloody grip and buy a digital camera.

yeah...except nothing here says it wasnt digital. you can still get digital prints done. oh and digital is a preference.

i wouldnt be surprised if you work at rite aid. they take "the customer is always right" to new heights. i was told to return empty boxes if itll keep the customer (...crook...) happy.

I work in photo too, **** their lives.
