Today, I had a customer scream, rant, and bitch me out because the pictures she took with her own camera came out blurry. My manager took her side. FML

Sadly most managers do this imo. They side with the customer because they don't want to deal with the BS either and it's the quickest way of getting them out of the store. Hopefully your manager spoke with you later and cleared the air between you two. Anyway, FYL because I've been there!
