your manager must be a blind fool
u spelt that wrong, try again, repost
The manager probably only took her side to assure her that it won't happen again so they don't lose that customer. As soon as she left he/she was probably talking about how crazy she is. It happens all the time where I work.
it would have been funny if op blew the pictures up really big!
the customer is always right, so deal with it she's a paying customer male her happy
The customer is not always right. It is your job to edumacate them into things. That however does not cover the fact that your manager needs to grow a pair and grow up. Siding with a customer who is obviously in the wrong is childish and irresponsible. What next, customer will bring in a broken camera and claim you broke it and he'll deduct it from your pay?
how could he even possibly take a side here?
well now it makes sense. the camera made the pixels screwed up for a good sake
HAHA! That is so true!
you should have said, "yes ma'am. I sabotaged the camera so it would take blurry pictures. sorry."
notalwaysright.com, your manager should take a hint and read stuff there so he can grow a spine and tell this lady how dumb she was acting
tell her the tripod thingy is on sale.
nice pic
that customer is one stupid woman she shouldnt be gettin all butt hurt at you for how she has the inability to take a picture sooo yeah

She's just mad that even the camera doesn't want to see her ugly face.
That "The customer is always right" thing is total bullshit.
