Today, I had a fight with my boyfriend over a girl he is close to. He later arrived with flowers for what I thought was an apology. He was actually breaking up with me; the flowers were for her, he just didn't want to leave them in the car. FML

Some are freaking out on here because they think you were wrong for your concerns about his lady friend he was close to. But clearly you had rights to be if he broke up with you and was headed straight for her with flowers. That isn't right at all. You do deserve better than that. Everyone does. And in any relationship, both should be tending to the others concerns and feelings, I mean it's a relationship. Does that not stand for something anymore?
