Today, I had a seizure at work. My boss walked by and saw me, but didn't help or do anything because he thought I was "picking something up off the floor." FML

Next time don't look like you're picking up something off the ground. Is it really that hard to have a seizure properly?

H ow is this really the boss' fault? if she looked like she was bending down to pick something up, then that's it...had he actually known she was having a seizure, I can guarantee no normal human being would still ignore it...

The point is bending down to pick something up and having a seizure look very different. The boss sees her convulsing and violently shaking on the ground and thinks she's picking something up? Get real.

what a jerk. I bet if you died on the floor he would fire you for sleeping on the job.

Your boss isn't a jerk, no matter what the senseless say. He didn't think/know you were having a seizure. It's not like you're a fish out of water with most seizures.
