I could understand this at the age of like 4 not 11. Kids at age 11 are starting to go through puberty and even in some cases have sex. If they're old enough to go through puberty and think they're old enough and mature enough to have sex they're old enough to not shit in urinals.

Just saying but the laws against littering and making a mess are different in restaurant than elsewhere. They can't LEGALLY make you clean up that mess. You could shit on the counter and they couldn't make you clean it up.
