Thank you for being honest and admitting your kid did it. I am sure the employees appreciated being treated with respect and having the customer clean up their own messes. However, as someone who works in child care, I have to say you are going about parenting the wrong way. Your son should be at a point where he understands his actions hurt other people. However, unless you give him consequences for his actions, then he will never learn that his actions cause harm and he will have to answer for it. He should know what shame is at that stage in development and by making him clean up the mess and apologize to the employees for taking a dump in the urinal, you are teaching him that he should not be doing that. I have a woman who drops off her 7 year old after school and this kid is wonderful, polite, always says thank you. This kid knows not to use the urinal to crap in and is very careful not to hurt other people's feelings. If a 7 year old with severe autism can learn, I think your son can.
I'm sorry , but I know McDonald's is known for bad service but that's ridiculous he had to clean that up it's a simple mistake I'm sure they have somebody that that they pay to do those things
You should have made your son clean it up
Lol I would most likely NOT tell them..
if you're not going to raise your kid well enough to teach them how to use a toilet, you deserve it, no exceptions.
well that just stinks
And you would teach your kid nothing, just proving that you don't deserve to have that kid.
Don't they have janitors for that?

Why didn't you make him clean it up?
I wouldn't have told them...
