Do you rest that side of your face on your hands frequently? This is usually the cause for me when I get really bad breakouts.
It might be from your cellphone.
It could be worse I did not have normal acne. Mine was cystic and I had to take prescription medication
Unscented women's deodorant helps op (:
Saint Ives apricot scrub works well for me and so does Clean and Clear continuous control. And get silk pillowcases and wash them often. Also, make sure you throughly wash your face from all makeup before going to bed.
Try pro active
It's alright OP after I got braces my dad wouldn't stop calling me Jaws in reference to the James Bond villain
Try a blue light for acne. Ai think the wavelength is 460 nanometers. Most are $300 cosmetic junk, but there's a site that sells just a blue bulb for around $19. They work far better than anything I have ever used. Bask in the blue light 2x a day for about 17 minutes and by the end of 8 days you should be a lot clearer. The light kills the acne germ and infection in the skin layer.

I'm assuming this breakout is on the side you sleep on. Wash your pillow case every second day, and use tea tree oil to spot treat pimples. Yea tree oil is a natural antiseptic and astringent. --aesthetician.
strange how some genes make you look like two face... I'm sorry OP Better find a two headed coin and make the best of a bad situation... COMICCON
