It's probably not. I don't know the specific laws in PA, but the US in general has some pretty screwed up labor laws. If OP complains, they cold probably get fired. They could also probably get fired for making the rest of the office sick. The US needs some serious labor reform.

Eh i had mono, a cold and double ear infections at the same time. Some people are just unlucky

I had whooping cough and step (first and only time at 22) at same time. Yes, I was a camp nurse. Damn germinator kids. My boss told me to get out until I wasn't contagious
