Today, I jokingly told my boyfriend that I could never marry him because he's a Yankees fan. He told me he could never marry me because he couldn't see himself having a terrible love life for the rest of his life. He was serious. FML

Uh, he's an asshole. Has he ever said what you did that he didn't like? Even if he has and your skills haven't improved, calling the sex you have with your partner terrible with no chance of future redemption is kind of way over the line. Then again, he's a Yankees fan. I've never met one I liked yet, so... get out of there, hon.
