I get how this could suck but at the same time I'm confused. When I change my tampon my hands are not all over down there. You really shouldn't have to touch more than the tampon and if you're going to, you should wash your hands before EVERY time.

It's hard to not touch the inside of your ****** when you insert a normal tampon (not those Tampax kind with that pink push-thingie)... Anyway, on the label clearly stands 'always wash your hands before and after'. Not I do that (the before part), but now you know.
