No, she didn't wash her hands after using Vicks or before inserting a tampon. I suppose one could infer that if she doesn't wash her hands before, she might not wash her hands after, but it seems plenty of women who don't wash their hands before using tampon, at least they do afterward. Those who don't at all....*shivers* gross thought.
