Nothing a tarp, duct tape and a few nails can't fix!
I don't think i'm going to hire you to work on my house. Lol!(:
That wasn't wind, it was the Big Bad Wolf! I TOLD you not to use straw to build your house, but did you listen, little pig? Nooooooo!
How it happened was is the dish is concave and the wind must have been blowing just in the right direction that the dish caught it and took it down.
If you do not know how to install something properly, hire someone who does. The dish I merely "screwed into the wall" survived both hurricane Katrina and Wilma in 2005 - in south Florida. I was in the eye of Katrina. How strong were your winds?
At least you can watch gone with the wind
Must have a weak house. We had 80 mph winds here one day. The dish is still here along with the house.
Lag bolts + framing = solid. Idiot + bad carpentry = hole in the house. Call a professional or a handy neighbor or ****, at least look up how to do it right on the internet. But check MULTIPLE sites.

Yeah I don't think the satellite dish is the worst of your problems right now
Even the wind was like "I've warned you countless times to get cable but you just didn't listen. Oh it's on now" haha.
