Well, I've done this before accidentally with peanut butter. It's not that I was trying to deep-throat the knife, it's that the knife was already in my mouth from sucking it off the tip, and I kept licking the peanut butter all the way down, and it was all the way down to the handle. You don't always notice what you're doing and think about it till you start to gag lol. Obviously, you should just take the knife out of your mouth and lick the bottom while it's outside.
