Blow them in. It's illegal.
Revenue isn't the same a profit. If they conduct business, pay bills, pay you, pay their own salary and still break even, they're doing quite well in the current economy
Hardly, there are many, many companies doing very well. Check Wallstreet Journal for example, many companies are miles in the green.
check local regulations. that may be a health code violation.
As some other have said, this is a very clear violation with OSHA and their regulations. If your company isn't following these, it can cost them so much more in fines than the small cost to fix and or replace a toilet. Reporting them is your best bet to getting it fixed. If they want to stay in business and avoid being fined for repeated violations then they'll have someone in there pretty quick to repair the problems. What a company's profits are before or after expenses doesn't matter, and especially not to OSHA. You violate their regulations you're going to have an issue, and if it doesn't get fixed fines will build. For all the comments about the company not being able to repair the problems because they don't have enough funds at the end of the day, that's a load of crap. If they are losing profit, this won't put a dent in their reports when all is said and done; even if it means replacing the piping for the entire bathroom, OP said this is the only one in the entire building and that tells me this building more than likely isn't very large. At most, it might cost a few hundred bucks, and even if they are making millions but still losing profits after I'm willing to bet what they are losing isn't near as much as the amount they'll need to repair any problems.
why do you not call in the state health dept?
that's illegal. report them. and peeing in a cup is ridiculous. not to mention where is everyone else going pee? I'm not really buying this

A million dollars a year even in profits isn't that much for a company you need to consider that they have to pay rent, employees, taxes, utilities, merchandise, advertising, and they have to support their family as well so after all that is factored out maybe they can't afford to fix it
I dunno, if they're stingy enough they won't mind in you pee on their plants then
