Life.
That's horrible! You'll find someone a lot better than her.
I'm using the app, so pardon me for not taking the time to look at all of the replies to the above non-threesome-joke comments, because that's where the presumed hundreds of threesome jokes before mine would have to be. goodness. /: I'm pretty sure love triangle FMLs got old a lot faster than the ensuing jokes.
Threesome jokes got tiresome two minutes after the third person of the human species showed up to the party.
You can do better... 2 years is a long time.
Long distance relationships. They never work.
I personally know three couples who were apart for up to three years due to various circumstances, and they all managed to make it work. In short, speak for yourself. Or better yet, avoid the illogical use of absolutes like "never".
Long distance relationships can work if you both are committed to it. I'm living proof of that. My husband is from the US, I'm in Australia. We dated long distance for 4 years before getting married. He now lives in Australia with me and our daughter and we've just celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary. Not all people can make it work, but it's narrowminded to say they NEVER work
Way to take my comment so seriously.
They never work? Try saying that to my mom who met her boyfriend 4 years ago, are getting married next Spring, and have a 16 month old son. It seems you should choose your words more carefully and stop being so presumptuous.
Me and my boyfriend had to do long distance for almost 3 months. We used Skype, phone calls, and texting. If you really really care about someone you can make it work. He's finally back home... But it was so worth it, and after a long time of not seeing each other it makes the time you do spend together even more amazing.
900 miles seems pretty close to not see someone for two years.
That's some kind of devotion, I hope you find someone who won't abuse that!
Long distance relationships never work. sorry my friend but part of a romantic relationship is a physical connection too. FYL
Never work??? How can you be so certain about this? You may say; it's hard to make it work, but the word "never" it's way too ... stupid, I can say. Do you know how many people in this world have long distance relationship and eventually make it through without much drama? Think about military, emigrants, scientist, etc, people who have to be away for sometime. This bitch could have told the OP about her new relationship and stop everything at the right point, instead of giving him this bitter surprise.

Time to break the relationship.
