Today, I met this really nice guy at the mall and he gave me his number. Later that night, I texted him. We got on the subject of food, and I started talking about how much I love veal. He responded with saying I was supporting animal murder, that I should go to hell and lose his number. FML

Well, I mean, it's not the most politically correct meat on the planet. It seems he may be a vegetarian. You should probably lose his number anyway. I mean, you met him at the mall.

Wow, well if hes going to be like that for not being vegan, not worth your time. I'm vegetarian myself but I realize it's not for everyone.

#100 - Ftw! It's funny how this discussion has become a raging war between vegetarians and omnivores... and how most are spewing out fallacy (i.e. vegans/vegetarians have unhealthy diets.)

getting a guys number at a mall, is kinda sketchy..it wouldn't hurt to lose it anyway.

#225 And yet, just as many are spewing outdated information about how veal is raised. But it's so much more fun to be outraged and have wrong information than you know...be informed enough to know that most veal is not raised in a box screaming for its mother. As a former veg, I know it's unhealthy.

hahahahaha if it happened to be at woodfield mall in scahumburg, IL i think i know exactly who that was

#222, "eating meat is ecologically unsound"? What ******* planet do you live on? No human would be here today without meat. We probably wouldn't have developed past the primitive primate stage without meat! The human digestive system is not made like a herbivore's for a reason: humans, like millions of other species on earth, eat meat, in addition to plant products. The world ecosystem would be destroyed if no animals ate other animals. Would you call that ecologically sound? By the way, I eat venison, which lives a long, active life, is given no supplements to its natural diet (except salt in places where there is a lack of it in the environment), and is free to do whatever it wants (it can and does escape from the hunter many times, unlike livestock animals). In my opinion, the only reason people don't like hunters is because of gross media misrepresentations like Bambi, and because of the activities of those dumbasses we like to call poachers. That said, I like almost any meat, and have no problem with eating it.

Despite the way Veal is made, I still find it to be one of the most delicious deli-meats I can ever put on a sandwich. People like him who wig out because of the methods of how food ends up on the plate creep me out!

flash forward to when theres a fml like this about lamb :)

Now you know that he's a vegetarian, and therefore worthless. Be glad you found this out now instead of later.
