Today, I noticed a string was following behind our family cat. After close inspection I realized it was a plastic kite string he partially digested. I had to pull the other three feet of plastic kite tail from his rectum. He purred the entire time. FML

Nothing like pleasuring your pussy.

What is it with animals, their rectums and this site? Time to break out the awkward turtle.

Are you stupid for pulling that out? 1. That could be very dangerous! if you haven't taken you cat to the vet you should. 2. Plastic and ribbons are all EXTREMELY dangerous for cats digestive system. It acts as a razer blade in their body. GO TO THE VET

i lol'd~ my cats have a weird infatuation with string so i totally get it... but maybe pulling out 3 feet of string wasn't a good idea because it could have been tangled inside and caused some intestinal damage. you're lucky the cat was purring instead of moaning in pain ^^;;

**** YOUR life? no. more like **** you CAT'S life. Get him to a vet, now.

Sometimes they purr when they are nervous. At least it didn't get stuck inside and require surgery...

Cats purr because they want attention, not because they're happy. Your cat was saying "Hey, I'm over here, help! Get this thing out of my ass!" Basic cat knowledge ftw.

I hate cats. You're lucky it didn't claw your face off...
