Today, I realised that I only get dandruff when I'm stressed about having dandruff. Which is whenever I have dandruff. FML

try t-gel shampoo. i have had dandruff for as long as I can remember and I've tried about everything under the sun. t-gel stinks but it's the only thing that works for me (:

Just make sure you aren't washing your hair every day and try finding a good product to massage into your scalp. I mean it's super humid where you are, the weather isn't going to do you any favors OP. good luck!
