Calling is always better, texting is good if you are busy and can't talk very much, or if you are just starting to get to know each other, but if you are dating it's way better to get a call.

Don't get too excited. A number means shit. She's going to flake on the date regardless. Hell she may not even agree to go on a date. Chicks are always so "busy".
