I have to lie about not having one!!
how about don't.
From my experience, people would rather you tell them the thing than they find out. Even if either way they will be mad they will be ten times more upset if they find out. Telling them also builds trust because they know you won't lie to them.
as a guy dating an Indian girl, I cannot possibly see this as a YDI for OP. Her parents wouldn't let her out of the house if she told the truth. Or her boyfriend would turn up dead. Only reason I'm not is because my gf is 20. And she still has a curfew of 11 when home from college...
They wouldn't kill him. Im from a brown family. Itd be an embarrassment to bring the guy home. For her and the family. If u live in their house follow their rules. If ur marrying the guy why put yourself through this? So many guys and girls out there
With all due respect, you're an idiot. Why are you doing it if you feel guilty, coming from a cultural brown family, i know what this means. The amount of disrespect you brought to your family is huge. Your parents don't know about this relationship but your brown classmates do. And they talk. Do not play the victim card, this is unforgivable.
tell your mom you broke up because he wss cheating made a girl pregnant and fled to mexico
