I don't see how OP expected sympathy. I have an ex who lived 1200 miles from me.. That's an FML. I'm sorry, OP, but this is fully deserved. My current girlfriend lives 40 minutes away, and I see her at least a couple times a week, more if we're not busy. And i'll still see her once a week when I move six hours away. Congrats on being part of the reason our generation fails at interacting. I can't imagine what our children will be like.
