i have third nipple too. it is not real nipple, only a brown little mark.

I've seen that before! You're not the only one out there with that. in fact, this guy had 4 nipples total. They did look kind of like birthmarks, but were indeed under developed nipples!

This is not a YDI or an FML. This is why there should be a "So what?" button on here. It's really not uncommon to have three nipples. I know of at least two guys who do (one of them being my boyfriend). It's no big deal at all.

well I mean if you never really noticed then no one else probably noticed either. I don't really think it's an fml. Maybe a MBW ( my bodys weird) or an TFG (that's ******* gross)
