Ouch! That must have hurt. In her defence though, there really isn't a good way for a girl to bring that sort of thing up. No matter how she goes about it, it's probably going to suck. Perhaps she thought she was saving you some awkwardness and being helpful by sending the email rather than telling you in person. Unless you don't prematurely ejaculate... then she's just a bitch.

Just a little note for all the women out there thinking this is a good idea. When a dude prematurely loses it, it's usually nervousness or insecurity that is the cause. Sending them something like this will only make it worse.

No, you shouldn't, but passive-aggressiveness will only make it worse. You want to help him through it? Sit down and have a talk with him. Make sure he knows that you don't think less of him for it and work out other ways for HIM to satisfy you in the meantime. Then after you have revealed the problem and assuaged his ego, that's when you bring out the list. The male ego, especially in regards to sexual performance, can be pretty fragile and an email like that out of the blue is almost guaranteed to have the opposite of the intended effect. Show a little respect towards the guy's position if you want him to respect your position...or in your words, wake up!
