Today, I received some new snow boots I had ordered online. When I opened the package there was only one boot in the box. FML

The only practical solution is to hop one-legged to your destinations. Simple.

Hopefully holiday customer service isn't too terrible at that company & you can get the other boot before winter's over.

Yeah, that'll happen. The other one is still sitting on the display in the store.

Just contact the site you bought the boots from, explain what happened and they will A) send the other through the mail, this is unlikely, but seems most efficent to me. B) have you return the item, and then send another set back to you, this happened to me when I had a mishap like this. C) this also happened to me, they will simply give you a refund after you send the shoe back and offer to give you store credit or do scenerio B.

You've got to be clear when you buy TOMS Shoes you want to buy a pair. They sent your other snow boot to some child in Africa. He or she is even less satisfied than you!

I'm guessing someone got the boot....

I'm imagining one really big boot that you can put both your feet inside of.

They must've shipped you the display model

That explains why the boots were half off.
