So you were close enough to the car that you needed to be warned that you were about to walk into it, but you started running and the car hit you? How slow do you run and how fast did it back up to break two ribs? And where was your arm/shoulder? Back of a hummer is a big flat surface, should have broken the arm, dislocated or fractured the shoulder, broken the collar bone and possibly buggered a hip depending on how wide your hips are before breaking any ribs... Front on would have noticed it before running into it and put arms/hands up in front for broken/fractured forearm or wrist...
Lawyer time!
This is precisely why I hate hummers.
I suppose that's why they call it a crush...
YDI. Pay attention.
#37 - Way to be an optimist! :) Really, though. The silver lining of an othewise crappy cloud.

FYL and YDI FYL because he couldn't do any worse at trying to get you to stop; seriously waving = hi/come here YDI for not paying attention to your surroundings have a quick recovery from the ribs, those SUCK to have broken cant do anything
Ouch indeed. But I wouldn't just wave to signal "Stop!"...
