Could've just said 15 minutes.... Quarter of an hour makes you sound like a douche
Not nearly as much as you do.
Are you blonde by any chance ?
Quarter of an hour? 15 minutes. You spent 15 minutes trying to get in a car thats not yours.
Never once in my entire life have I heard someone refer 15 minutes as "a quarter of an hour"
All of you bashing the OP for saying "quarter of an hour" need to calm down. I know this FML is from the UK but where I live (Georgia) most everybody says "a guarter of an hour" or "half an hour" instead of 15 or 30 minutes. Its just something people say. sorry y'all had to think about how many minutes made up a quarter of an hour
I don't get it.
I find it amusing that you say a quarter of an hour instead of just 15 minutes. The former sounds a lot worse than the latter.
So you spent 15 mins?
Someone needs more coffee.

Not the most observant person in the world, are we?
Quarter of an hour? You spent that long doing that? You would of thought after a while why it didn't make much cents.
