Today, I spilled some milk on my laptop. I was pretty sure it would be fine as it was only a bit of milk. While cleaning the residue, I knocked a whole bucket of water into the insides of the laptop. RIP Macbook. FML

I spilled water on my MacBook pro, several times. Luckily it's a Unibody so nothing happened :D But now I have accident insurance, just in case I happen to drop it into a bathtub from the top floor of a ten-story building. Oh, and don't mind the PC losers. They're just lashing out because they bought crappy computers and they know it.

This is exactly why I hate Apple fans. Face it, all PCs aren't crappy. PCs come in many different shapes and forms, unlike Macs where you are stuck with one case design(I hope you like shiny). For example I just put together a gaming PC with an i7 cpu, 4 gigs of ram and a hd 5700 video card for around $900 with tax and shipping. My dad has a quad core dell with an ADM cpu(forget exactly what on) 4 gigs of ram and a hd3700 video card, it cost him about $600. I have had my dell laptop for 3 years now and it runs like a charm. Thats not to say there aren't bad PCs out there. Most people who use a Mac and say PCs and Macs are great suck probably used an old obsolete PC and a brand new Mac. Also calling PC users "losers" just proves my point about Apple fans. Most Mac users think they are better then everyone else just because there computer has an Apple logo on it and is shiny. Drop the elitist attitude, you are making all Mac users look bad. There is nothing a Windows PC can't do that a Mac can. Before anyone says "but Macs don't get viruses" that is bull shit. Even Apple recommends you use an antivirus for you Mac.

I have a Macbook that can run Windows also (used to write to write reports on Word or make a Powerpoint). Anyways. Why the hell would you put a liquid (thats in an open container) near an electronic like that? YDI for just that.

i have a macbook with office for mac on it, the only problem is it is 2008 edition and so saves as.docx which computers without office 2008 can't read, but thats not the computers fault, thats because people haven't updated their office. i can save as .doc .rtf .dot .dotx .htm .txt and PDF so its not a problem.

Yeah, actually, that would be Microsoft's fault. Yes, the same people who brought you Windows ME and Windows Vista... is anyone surprised?

THANK YOU. ANY laptop will die if some idiot spills a bucket of water on it, I don't see what having a macbook does to change that, except the thing cost more in the first place. So sucks, yes, but a pc would have had the same problem.
