Today, I threw up on a police officer who was trying to do a random breath test. I wasn't drunk or hungover. I'm pregnant and suffering morning sickness. FML

Unsalted saltine crackers will become your best friend. Keep a pack in your purse for when your tummy gets upset. Or if the morning sickness stays really bad, there is dr. Prescribed pills that can help:) good luck and congrats!

I can't imagine how embarrassed I'd be if I threw up on someone, but I'm sure your kid will think it's a hilarious story when s/he is older.

When I was preggo, I literally threw up everything for 3 months straight. I couldn't even keep Gatorade down. I can sympathize with ya girl! When you have to puke you have to puke NOW. There is no stopping it. I hope you feel better soon and good luck with your pregnancy!

Probably shouldn't be driving though if you are nauseous from morning sickness, that could be very dangerous for you, the baby and other road users

salt and vinegar smiths chips, lived on them in my first trimester. ginger is apparently quite good too
