Today, I told a guy he should be ashamed of himself for parking in a handicapped space. He hit me with his prosthetic leg. FML

You two clearly started off on the wrong foot.

Seriously? Why would you judge someone like that?

Ok so let's say that he wasn't handicapped at all and he parked in a handicapped parking spot...... Who cares?

Anyone who actually needed that spot would care.

monnanon 13

and what if all the spots were taken up with legit parkers? what then? personally i think disabled drivers should have the right to shunt all non blue badge cars from disabled spaces and ahve the able bodied space stealer pay the damge. afterall they are not the only spaces a short distance from thr shop.

I can't stand people who think they have the right to judge of someone is handicapped or judge in general. you completely deserved it.

You definitely deserved that. My regret was not being there to witness it & laugh

You shudnt hv done that to begin with, without making sure that he isnt handicapped. You were MEAN. He just gave u a taste of your own medicine.

How did you not see that coming? Not every disability is visible. Who the hell do you think you are to say that to someone that you dont know?

Exactly. I have mental handicaps and I am legally disabled because of it

My Dad had a friend who used the handicap spots until they adjusted to the leg and had people do this all the time. While this person is clearly adjusted to theirs it's their right if they need it. Don't go around making assumptions and suck it up, you couldn't have parked there anyway. YDi

Im assuming the the looked extremely real and he walked normally.

Sweetpea22 14

Your point? It's called "Mind your own ******* business and not assume."

Not to be a bitch here but..if the guy had a prosthetic leg. He would not need to use a handicapped sign if he has a prosthetic leg but if he just got it then he would need one.

My dad has handicap plates because he has two total knees done, a broken back, and because my mom has Parkinsons disease and falls a lot. You want to say my parents don't need handicap parking?

I'm sorry what is your point? Who cares if the prosthetic is new or not. It is really none of OP's business what his disabilities are nor did the guy need to show it. It had to be sweet justice though and would have been great to witness so I could laugh in OP's face after. You totally deserved it.
