Um, I don't think he was saying that you're fat at all. He was most likely trying to make you feel better by saying that he likes fat girls since you indicated that you think you look fat. Therefore, he's saying that he would like you even if your body shape changes. He could have said it that way but, hey, boys will be boys. Definitely no FML. I'd probably be happy if my boyfriend said that to me. I agree with #102.
That's like... the number one question that you never ask your boyfriend/husband about yourself. Because it just shows that you're self conscious, and it makes him uncomfortable by putting him on the spot.
yeah, trust me, we have to think really hard when you girls say stupid things like "I think I'm fat" when you're not. a lot of times we just think up things on the spot, and some guys don't have a filter for that. stop saying stupid stuff like you think you look fat when you're not. you're not.
I agree with #111- that's not a question you should have asked. That's somthing you talk about with your best friend, not your boyfriend. Even if a guy is trying to be nice about the whole thing, which he obviously was, it's still wrong. Don't say you're fat if you don't want someone to tell you that you're right.
