Today, I went out to lunch with my girlfriend. I asked if she was going to finish her meal, hoping to steal a bite or two. She somehow took this as me calling her fat, threw her drink at me, and stormed off. I just wanted some steak. FML

Today, my girlfriend threw a bitch fit about her clothes not fitting and how she’s “so fat” to the point of storming out of the house when I asked her to please calm down. Just a couple of hours earlier, we'd ordered food and she ordered a salad, then asked to trade my burger and fries with her. FML

Today, my girlfriend is mentally unhinged. She had a full on temper tantrum and ranted about healthy eating, and how she’s “fat” and needs to lose 30 pounds, all because I suggested Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner. She stormed out of the house. I later ran into her at a local pizza place, devouring a pizza. FML

It sounds like your girlfriend has some serious insecurities that she needs to work on, it is not your fault that by asking for a bite of her food she saw it as you "calling her fat" all you can really do is tell her that she is beautiful just the way she is however if she needs you to say it all time then she has a bigger problem that you will not be able to help her with.

#27 no I was not saying she is big, what I meant by "bigger problems" was that if herself esteem is so low that she's constantly needing to be told she's beautiful because she doesn't believe she's beautiful and she has to constantly be fishing for compliments then how can she love OP or anybody else for that matter if she does not love herself first.

I might get downvoted for this but maybe it's her time of month? That is not a normal reaction. She has either self esteem issues, PMS, or some kind of debilitating anger problem.
