Today, I tried to stop a teenage boy from entering the woman's bathroom. When he argued with me I had him thrown out. Turns out, according to their parents and driver's license, it was a girl. FML

Today, as I went to the bathroom in a port-a-potty at a park, I forgot to lock the door. A little girl opens the door and then slams it right away. As she walked away I heard her say "no, there's a man in there". I'm a woman. FML

Today, my 16-year-old son convinced my 14-year-old daughter that she wasn't allowed to use the ladies bathroom at the shopping centre, because she wasn't wearing a dress like the girl on the sign. He told her girls in pants always used the other one. She believed him. This is my legacy. FML

Today, while shopping with my father, I had to use the restroom. As soon as I opened the door to the men's room, my father yelled that it was the ladies' room. I then turned around and went through the other door, where I ended up getting bitch-slapped. FML

Today, I went to the bar to celebrate my friend's birthday party. I gave the bouncer my ID and he kicked me out, saying that I should at least use an ID card with the correct gender. I'm 22 and female, he thought I was an underage boy. FML

Today, I had to forcibly separate a boy from my daughter after he grabbed her and started shoving her around. I complained to his mother, only to have her shout, "mind your fucking business" and say that her son can do whatever the hell he wants. FML

Today, in a convenience store, I asked a girl who wasn't wearing her mask and not keeping her distance to step away. After telling me to fuck off, she put her mask on, went to the teenage manager and said I was harassing her. Even after hearing my side of the story, I was asked to leave. Turns out it was his girlfriend. FML

Today, while I was substitute teaching a middle school class, a boy, named Chris, refused to get in the boy's line for the bathroom. After I had said, "Chris, what makes you think you're a girl?" in a very loud voice, one of the other students said "She is a girl." I've scarred a child for life. FML

Because they're not truly female. I get the whole "I was born the wrong gender blah blah blah", but find a family or gender neutral bathroom. I don't care if people want to change genders. It utterly grosses me out but whatever that's their choice. However I don't want to be made uncomfortable by them either. That's disrespectful to those of us who aren't comfortable with them.

I thought when you went to the public bathroom, the whole purpose was to take a piss or dump, not to creep yourself out by someone else using the bathroom correctly. If I'm peeing I don't give a damn if the person next to me is transgender or simply a woman. I'm trying to get in

This really pisses me off actually. How was it your place to police a public washroom and then argue with someone about her gender?!? First off that must have been awful for the poor girl and her family. They must have been mortified. Secondly there are so many people who struggle with gender identity and people like you are a huge reason that a lot of them suffer. It is NOT your place to decide what someones gender is and then try to police them. By making this your FML you are making yourself sound like an ignorant, backwoods hick and you really need to learn how to shave. I bet you stare at disabled kids too.
