Today, I've invited friends and family to my birthday party. I've also come home to find that my parents didn't pay the water bill. I either have to tell everyone I know that they are uninvited or not to take dumps in my house. FML

You could just tell everyone that the water is temporarily cut off and leave a sign in the bathrooms or something like that!

That's pretty irresponsible of your parents considering a typical water bill is less then $30

Our water bill consists of water, waste management, and sewage (all services provided by the city) so it's a little higher than that. But still not bad, and most places don't turn it off unless it's 30 days past due.

well I guess this ***** not going down then

If your family can't afford to pay the water bill, how did they pay for your party? Donate some of your birthday money towards the bill.

Your comment makes an AWFUL lot of assumptions. Most water bills are pretty low, so it's much more likely they simply forgot to pay it. The OP may have opted to pay for their own party, though probably not. And offer to use their own birthday money? If they're as broke as you asse they are, do you really think OP will be getting birthday money from them?

You could say that all of your toilets are broken

For like $100 you can rent a port-a-potty.

If they're your friends, they'll understand the need to have the party elsewhere. Or ask a neighbor (preferably someone single with multiple bathrooms) if you can use their house. (a single person wouldn't have their family disrupted/disturbed by party guests frequently going into their house to pee.)
