What's wrong with getting off your lazy ass and walking inside? It's almost always faster.
I do agree with the commenters who say that the stutterer should know his own problem and would better choose not to use a drive-through. However, that doesn't justify OP screaming and cursing at him when knowing nothing about the situation. For all she knows, he could have been waiting for ten minutes as well because the drive-through station isn't manned. So I hope OP learned to ask what's going on before judging.
Plus, it might have been part of an anti-stuttering treatment.
