Today, I waited in line at a drive-through behind a man for ten minutes. I got out of my car, cursed at him, and then asked him to give me one good reason why it would take that long to order. The man slowly explained to me that he had a stutter. FML

Why the hell would you go screaming at the driver? The people working drive-thru could've been slow for all you know.

Next time get your fat ass out of your car and go inside if you can't wait. I bet the "10 minutes" is an extreme, gross exaggeration and it took no more than 2.

Why is everyone surprised? She's American.

Not all American's are like that. We (well my friends and I) actual make fun of jack asses like OP. We don't like these jerks

What's wrong with getting off your lazy ass and walking inside? It's almost always faster.

heres a few tips lay off the fast food for one. and be patient. what you need a whopper every ten minutes or else you'll lose a pound?

I do agree with the commenters who say that the stutterer should know his own problem and would better choose not to use a drive-through. However, that doesn't justify OP screaming and cursing at him when knowing nothing about the situation. For all she knows, he could have been waiting for ten minutes as well because the drive-through station isn't manned. So I hope OP learned to ask what's going on before judging.

Plus, it might have been part of an anti-stuttering treatment.

she could have put him back a few steps... stupid selfish bitch

OP would have complained sooner but it took ten minutes to waddle up to the car!
