Okay, while I understand that the cop in this situation is wrong, not all cops are bad. There are some corrupt cops out there, and they DO give the good cops a bad name. But everyone who says that all cops are douchebags or assholes are guilty of stereotyping. It's just like saying that because one black man breaks into someone's home, all of them are going to break into your home. (Just an example, don't get racist or whatever on me.) I would bring this up to the higher-ups though. You don't deserve the ticket.
now now, the trooper was prbly calling a drug dealer so he could get high and then get an award for busting a dealer lets not be to judgmental now.
just about anytime there is an accident with someone hitting someone from behind it is fault of the driver in behind for following too closely.....this is obviously his fault and you should definately take this to court cause you didnt do anything wrong. the state trooper is at fault
I hate people like that, they have no right abusing their power. I'm sorry 'bout that.
renesmee? really? why do people feel the need to name themselves after fricken fictional characters? ok now on to the FML. cops never blame themselves, and there's not a whole lot you can do about it because your story won't hold up well in court. sorry.
Take his sorry ass to the court. All police cars are equipped with cameras. So obviously the incident was caught on film. Call his bluff and see what he does with that little tidbit of info!
That's bullshit. Fight it, all the way. But hire an attorney. There's no way you could be at fault if he rear-ended you!
Im not sure about where you live but I know in some states, and maybe even most if not all, if you get hit from behind the person that hits you automatically is at fault. So, the state trooper is definitely an asshole and you need to take this to court. He probably tried to play it off and write you a ticket so he wouldn't get fired.

what a dick
you should take that to court cause im pretty sure you could manage to not have to pay for that.
