Today, I was eating with my boyfriend and his family at a high-end restaurant when, suddenly, I screamed, thinking a dog had just bitten my leg. I am terrified of dogs. I kicked my under-the-table assailant as hard as I could. It was my boyfriend's adorable five-year-old sister. FML

You did a good job, kids should know its not polite to play under the table in a high-end restaurant. Do wonder why you would think a dog is walking around in a high-end restaurant...

It'll teach her not to bite peoples legs or to crawl under tables when your out eating. It'll save her parents trying to teach her.

Because kicking a dog would make it less angry...

Typical overreacting drama queen.. So you like kicking dogs as hard as you can ?

Well. I hope she's okay. Unless you were outside, I assume the phobia reared horribly at the bite, which people without strong phobias don't understand how it throws logic out the window. She shouldn't have been under the table, and she certainly should not have bitten or scratched at you - which I guess she did one or the other if you felt like you were being bitten. So, don't feel too bad, OP.
