Today, I was hit by a car speeding through an intersection after the light had already turned red. Still partly blacked out, I crawled onto the sidewalk and I sat down. The woman rolled down her car window and yelled, "Watch where you're going!" as she drove by. FML

Today, while I was walking to class, I was hit by a car. The driver stopped to let me cross in front of her, started moving again, hit me, and then yelled at me, saying it was my fault for walking in front of her. FML

Today, I was driving when a woman started crossing the street against the light at the upcoming intersection, so I slammed on the brakes and stopped short of hitting her. That's when she intentionally jumped onto my car and started screaming that I had "mowed her down". The cops believed her. FML

Today, a woman in an SUV rolled a stop sign and hit me, resulting in simultaneously twisting my foot in my bike and being knocked into oncoming traffic. Her excuse before I went to the ER? The sun was in her eyes. FML

Today, as I was driving home, I saw a woman get hit by a car. I immediately parked on the side of the road to assist her. I called an ambulance and stayed with her until they came to get her, comforting her all the while. When I returned to my car, I found a parking ticket in my windshield. FML

Today, at a red light, an old lady crossing the street fell right in front of my car. I got out of my car to help her. The light turned green and I was still helping the woman to her feet. An officer came by and ticketed me for "impeding the flow of traffic." FML

Today, I got rear-ended. An old woman got out and came over to my car window. I thought she was coming to apologize and trade insurance companies. Instead, she poured her soda on my head, ran back into her car, and drove away. FML

Today, a car hit me. I didn't get hurt, but someone called 911. The old woman who had hit me got out of the car with no problem to look at me, and gets back into the car. When the police arrive, she pulls out crutches and said I made strange faces and made her hit me. I got blamed. FML

that IS a ******* hit and run you could stretch it to attempted murder pedestrians always have right of way simply due to the fact that they're dead if they **** up so they're more likely to be careful. if you got hit by a car on foot you have the law on your side. It sucks you didn't get her plate number.

This has happened to me before too. The bitch had the nerve to get out of her car to yell at ME. She's the one that ran the ******* red light, speeding no less. Pedestrians ALWAYS have the right of way anyway. Let's just say I had several witnesses to back me up. Now that one incident has payed for my first year of college and brand new filming equipment for school. And this doesn't include the rest of the settlement I'll get when I turn 21. My leg's still and forever ****** up, but what can you do? I'm sorry this had to happen to you too though. Hopefully you have health insurance that'll take care of any hospital bills. They can be a bitch.

Hopefully there was a traffic cam or you got her license plate. That's considered a hit and run. She can get in huge trouble for that.

Something does not add up with this little gem. You got hit by a car speeding through an intersection, you had time to crawl to the curb and yet this speeding car still had not gone by you???
