Okay OP you want to know how to make it stop? First of all, smack his hand a little when he does it again and correct his behavior. Second, if that doesn't do it then just stop carrying him around! He's 3 years old and should most definitely be walking by now, so just let him walk! You need to stop this behavior now. It's fine when they're little babies and don't understand, but if he's screaming "BOOBS" and only does it in public then he understands that it's bad behavior. Don't let him get away with it!
